Every order is crafted, quality-checked, and dispatched within 24 hours of placement — weekends and holidays excluded.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 24 hours. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your package leaves our studio.
Domestic shipping (US)
Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is free on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $4.95. Expedited 2-day shipping is available at checkout for $14.95.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination. International duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
Tracking your order
A tracking link is emailed once your order ships. You can also check status anytime on our Track Order page using your order number and email.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@velmontere.co and we'll trace it with the carrier right away.
