We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund.
30-day returns
Unworn jewelry in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
How to start a return
Email support@velmontere.co with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send a prepaid return label and instructions within one business day.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or style? Start a return as above and place a new order for the item you want — this is the fastest way to secure it.
Non-returnable items
Custom or engraved pieces and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
